  • This machine is used for small size paper coating and the ideal for high volume production with high quality.

  • Compact design, easy operation, especially energy-saving and flexibility are easily obtained with SGZ-X series machines which large coating machines can not match.

  • Standard configuration: automatic feeding, reversing coating system,  air knife, adsorption conveying system, pneumatic turn-over UV curing chamber, automatic stacker. It is convenient to clean and maintain coating roller by special designed movable feeder.

  • Special configuration: automatic feeder and automatic stacker could be chose according to customer for reducing cost.

  • Option:1)powder cleaner which could remove paper surface powder;

  • 2)IR hot-wind drying which used for water-based and blister varnish coating.
